For babies over 6 months with sleep problems

1 drop of Lavender essential oil diluted in a teaspoon of milk in the bath water.
Also massage with 1 drop of lavender essential oil diluted in 2 teaspoons of sweet almond oil. Gently stroke arms, legs and rub oil into back.

Create a peaceful atmosphere in the bedroom by using an essential oil burner for about 30 minutes before bedtime. Oils babies and children like: mandarin or orange, lavender, eucalyptus ( if child has a cough or cold). Use about 10 drops maximum, a mixture of 2 or 3 oils, in water.

Alternatively dab one or two drops of lavender on the mattress and on a radiator. This will add to the relaxing atmosphere in the bedroom.

Never use essential oil undiluted on the skin or taken orally.
Always store in a safe place away from children.
